APPROVED UNDERGROUND WATER IMPACT REPORT – ATP814P

In accordance with the Water Act 2000 (Water Act), Blue Energy Ltd has developed an underground water impact report (UWIR) for ATP814P located in the Bowen Basin, Queensland.  The Department of Environment and Science has approved the UWIR with conditions. The approved report takes effect from the 27th September 2023.
